Pasta made from legume flour is distinguished by its high protein content. It is especially suitable as a side dish or in salads.

Ingredients:

Red lentil flour. May contain traces of soy.

Preparation instructions:

Cook the pasta in salted water with a drop of oil (100 g pasta/1 l water) stirring occasionally for 3 min. and let stand for 5 min. After reaching the desired softness, drain, rinse with cold water and drizzle with oil.

Warning:

The recommended portion of legume pasta is 60 g (weight of dry pasta before cooking), for children 30 g. You can also combine it with classic cereal pasta.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C and a relative humidity of up to 70%. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

This gluten-free pasta has a delicate vegetable flavor thanks to the addition of beetroot. It is suitable not only as a side dish, but also for diversifying cold pasta salads.

Ingredients:

Corn flour, dried beetroot 5%.

Preparation instructions:

Cook the pasta in salted water with a drop of oil (in the ratio of 100 g pasta/ 1 l of water) for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the desired softness is reached, drain immediately, rinse with cold water and drizzle with oil.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C and a relative humidity of up to 70%. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
