MEDIATE s.r.o. aims to have a transparent approach to the processing of personal data, and therefore provides all website visitors with the following information:
MEDIATE s.r.o., Company ID: 647 91 866, with its registered office at Dolní Libchavy 325, 561 16 Libchavy, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové under file number C 9702 (hereinafter referred to as “MEDIATE”) operates the website at the address “www.cajeapotheke.cz” (hereinafter also referred to as the “website”). MEDIATE, as the personal data controller, makes every effort to protect the privacy of all website visitors and guarantees the confidential treatment of all personal data it processes.
The processing of personal data of all visitors is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as amended from 25 May 2018, and related regulations.
Processing of personal data of visitors
MEDIATE processes personal data of visitors only if it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the personal data were provided. Personal data is used only with the knowledge of the visitors, or with their consent, if required in a given case.
Fulfillment of legal obligations
MEDIATE processes personal data of visitors also because the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable to MEDIATE. For this reason, MEDIATE processes the name and surname or title, address of residence or registered office, e-mail address, telephone number, or other data provided by the visitor for this reason. Personal data will be processed for the period strictly necessary to fulfill legal obligations according to the requirements of the relevant legal regulations (e.g. in the field of accounting and taxes). Personal data may be transferred to third parties, e.g. state authorities, if MEDIATE is obliged to transfer personal data under the legal regulations.
