Usage:
Basmati means "queen of aromas" in Hindi. It got this name for its unique aroma and taste reminiscent of a nut. Basmati natural is natural rice that is unpolished and unground. It is suitable as a side dish for sauces, for preparing light risottos or in salads.
Preparation:
Rinse the rice and pour it into salted boiling water (about 2.5 cups of water are needed for 1 cup of rice). Cook for about 20 - 25 minutes until the rice is tender. Drain the excess water and serve. You can make the preparation of this rice easier if you soak it in water for a few hours before cooking.

Job's tears (also Job's tears) is one of the longest-grown cereals in the world, but still little known in our country. It is naturally gluten-free, and is used as an addition to porridges, soups or health teas.

Ingredients:
Job's tears (Coix lacryma-jobi) fruit. May contain traces of gluten.
Preparation:
Rinse the job's tears and soak them in water for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight). Then cook them together with rice or another side dish (couscous, bulgur), adding max. 1/3. A handful of lachrysanthemum can also be added to any soup to enrich and thicken it. It is excellent with mushrooms prepared as a "cube".
Recommended dosage:
40 g per day, i.e. 2 heaped tablespoons.

Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and relative humidity of up to 70%.
