I/ Introductory Provisions
These validly approved General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") of the website www.cajeapotheke.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), operated by MEDIATE s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "operator"), shall enter into force on 25 June 2018. The operator is entitled to change these terms and conditions to a reasonable extent at its discretion, and the change will be announced by publishing it on the website www.cajeapotheke.cz.

The website www.cajeapotheke.cz serves to present MEDIATE s.r.o., its activities and products. It is not an online store, and therefore it is not possible to conclude purchase contracts or order goods on these websites.

Relations arising in connection with the use of the website are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended.
