Thyme herb (Thymi herba), anise fruit (Anisi fructus), elderflower (Sambuci flos), linden flower (Tiliae flos), licorice root (Liquiritiae radix), meadowsweet herb (Filipendulae ulmariae herba), rosehip fruit (Cynosbati fructus).

Preparation:

Pour a tablespoon of the herbal blend with 250 ml of hot water (80°C), steep for 10-15 minutes in a covered container.

Recommended dosage:

2 to 3 cups per day.

Warnings:

Maximum use for 4 weeks. This herbal blend is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not recommended for children under 18, individuals sensitive to salicylates, or those with blood clotting disorders. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
