Usage:
Including psyllium in the diet contributes to normal function of the digestive system - it helps food pass through the intestines. It contributes to maintaining proper blood cholesterol and blood lipid levels.
Classification:
Food supplement. Water-soluble fiber.
Ingredients:
Psyllium (Indian plantain husks) 80%, pineapple extract 10%, papaya extract, lemon extract.
Preparation:
In the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before going to bed, mix 1-2 teaspoons in 250 ml of lukewarm water and drink. Wash down with another cup of drink. You can use tea, fruit juice or juice. You can add psyllium to yogurts, porridges and soups.
Recommended dosage:
The maximum daily dose is 5 teaspoons per day. Children from 6 to 12 years 1 - 2 teaspoons 1x a day.
Warning:
Not intended for children under 6 years. The product may lower blood sugar levels. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Fruit extracts may cause the mixture to harden, which is not a defect. After shaking the contents of the bag, the product is loose again.
Storage:
Store in a dry and dark place, at a temperature of up to 25°C.
